Strengths-Based & Person-Centered
Often attributed to psychologist, Carl Roger's work, it's a fancy way of saying, "let's collaborate, because you already have many of the answers within you and at the end of the day, you know yourself best." My hope is that through collaboration, we will be able to identify and apply the most useful strategies, skills, and approaches to your unique circumstances, personality, and needs. I believe that by asking the right questions and being in genuine relationship, together, we can discover your best path forward.

Wellness is not reserved for only those individuals who have the time, money, and energy to focus on their mental and physical health. Although, the reality is that can be much easier when these resources are readily available and some of us have more privilege than others. Wellness is best seen as balance between many internal and external factors. It always starts with awareness, evaluating the present moment, and navigating with compassion what is within your control to change and what needs radical acceptance in life. By taking inventory and identifying what needs more balance, we can take steps towards living more in alignment with our values. Wellness requires consistent practice, flexibility, and letting go of certain expectations, limiting beliefs, and unhelpful conditioning.
Holistic Wellness
Did you know that there are approximately 100 billion neurons in your brain, 40,000 neurons in your heart, and 100 million in your intestines? Each organ has complex neuro-networks and is able to store and process information, and each has the capacity for neuroplasticity. Each system has it's own way of knowing, and when we can connect to all three centers of intelligence, we access incredible clarity and sense of action (or inaction).
