Psychedelic Integration Coaching

Guiding individuals who have had experiences with non-ordinary states of consciousness such as engaging with psychedelic medicines and could use support understanding the meaning of their experiences or applying the lessons learned from an abstract experience in a practical way.

**I do not offer support while under the influence of psychedelics other than ketamine assisted psychotherapy**

How Integration Coaching Works

  • After having a psychedelic experience with the use of medicines such as ketamine, psilocybin, or MDMA there is a period of time following the experience known as the "window of neuroplasticity" in which there is an opportunity for new neural pathways to be created in the brain, potential regeneration of brain cells, and fertile ground for making some shifts in perspective and break behavioral patterns that have not been serving you.

  • To take full advantage of this opportunity, it is important to process the psychedelic experience and the potential abstract material that arrises with a trained guide who can help you make the most out of your experience.

  • This can be achieved through encouraging embodiment practices such as:

    • Therapeutic processing such as: talk therapy, using archetypal imagery and interpretation, experiential based therapy such as equine assisted therapy, using somatic based therapies, and therapies that engage the limbic system such as EMDR and Brainspotting

    • Yoga, dance, and mindful movement

    • Mindfulness and Meditation

    • Engaging with nature connection

    • Art

    • Massage, reiki, cranial sacral therapy

Highland's Ability Battery

Professional development and career guidance using an assessment tool called the Highland's Ability Battery (HAB) for students and professionals.

The Highlands Ability Battery (HAB) is the gold standard among tools assessing human abilities or aptitudes. Used for professional development and career guidance, this unique assessment refines your self-awareness, enabling you to make intentional, targeted decisions. You will understand the difference between your natural talents and your skills, understand the “why” behind many of your behaviors (e.g., procrastination, job boredom, intensity, analysis paralysis, etc), and be able to identify your must-haves in work and life.

This computerized three-hour assessment uses objective rather than self-report measures related to:

  • Learning

  • Problem Solving

  • Communicating

  • Optimizing Work Environment

There is no passing or failing the HAB; there are no “good” or “bad” scores or profiles. Rather, the HAB facilitates better self-management (career/job selection, job design, work-life balance) and relationship management (effective interpersonal dynamics, team dynamics and leadership). Equipped with this information, you may find that a 5% change in how you work makes a 25% change in your satisfaction.

There are different, individualized reports for students, adults, and leaders (click to see sample reports). Interpretation of the results can be done one-on-one or in groups.
